Glammed Up understands that ordering online is not easy. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible.
Due to recent events caused by Covid-19, as of July 25th we will NOT be accepting any returns or exchanges.. ALL SALES are final until further notice.. if you have any questions before placing your order, please feel free to contact us! Our team is happy to assist our loyal Glammed Up customers!

DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, Glammed Up do provide international delivery.
HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched via USPS which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 24 business hours to provide tracking updates. Your order will take about 6 to 10 delivery days for delivery, if you are not available to sign for your package when a delivery attempt is made, your package will be held at your local USPS Office until you request a redelivery or pick it up yourself.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
No, we are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Yes, we do offer exchanges. Please use exchange portal to start exchange, exchanges are to be made within 5 business days from the date package was received. If you wish to exchange an item we issue you store credit that can be used towards a new purchase. Once we receive your exchange item at 119 Junction Way, please allow 5 business days for the exchange to be processed and completed.
When returning an item for exchange the items MUST BE in their original packaging and unworn. If the order is NOT returned in its original state, your exchange WILL NOT be honored.
Bodysuits, swimwear, white items, lingerie, sales items. shoes, accessories excluded and are FINAL sale.
